On our website you will find current auctions as well as regular sales offers. Each item is accompanied by a description and photos. To participate in an auction, simply create an account and register for the selected auction. You can bid live at the Auction House headquarters, online, place a limit order, or use telephone representation. Our team will gladly advise you in choosing a work of art. Buy consciously and safely with the support of experts.
In Person at Klin Gallery
- Arrive at the gallery at least 20 minutes before the auction begins.
- Register for the auction by filling out a form with our staff. Your identity will be verified using your ID card, driver’s license, or passport.
- Collect your bidding number and take a seat in the auction room.
- If you win the auction for a selected item, pay for it within 14 days of the auction’s conclusion. We accept payments in cash, by card, or via bank transfer to the account number indicated on the sales document you will receive from our staff. Please note that a buyer’s premium of 20% is added to the hammer price, and in some cases also a droit de suite fee of 5%. Droit de suite is a copyright-related right that allows the artist or their heirs to receive a percentage fee upon the resale of original works of art.
- You can collect your purchased item at Klin Gallery in Warsaw, ul. Burakowska 5/7. We will secure it with bubble wrap and, for an additional fee, send it via courier.
Online
- Fill out the registration form on our website (link to form) or download the Klin Gallery app. Log in, or if you are a new bidder, create an account.
- Register for the selected auction. To gain access to online bidding, you must provide your personal details and add a payment card for identity verification and possible payment processing. Complete this step at least one hour before the auction.
- Wait for confirmation of your registration for the selected auction. If you are bidding for the first time, we will verify your identity based on a photo of your ID card, driver’s license, or passport with sensitive data anonymized.
- Once your registration is confirmed, you can place a limit bid via the website or mobile app. You may also wait until the auction day and bid in real time. Simply enter (link to auction platform) or the mobile app at the start or during the auction and click “Bid Live.” By clicking the camera icon, you will see a live stream from the auction room, allowing you to follow the bidding process.
- In the “My Offers” tab, you can check the status of your bids.
- If you win the auction for a selected item, pay for it within 14 days of the auction’s conclusion. We accept payments in cash, by card, or via bank transfer to the account number indicated on the sales document you will receive from our staff. Please note that a buyer’s premium of 20% is added to the hammer price, and in some cases also a droit de suite fee of 5%.

- On the auction day, please remain available by phone. Our staff will contact you before the auction begins to confirm your number and announce the call.
- During the auction, our staff will call you and provide a live account of the bidding for the selected lot, relaying your bids to the auctioneer.
- If you win the auction for a selected item, pay for it within 14 days of the auction’s conclusion. We accept payments in cash, by card, or via bank transfer to the account number indicated on the sales document you will receive from our staff.
